Im Back!! And Stronger Than Ever ;)

As you can see i have not used this blog in a while, i have changed the name (as it is what i want my business to be called, and also i now have a bit more experience also now being a certified kettlebell instructor at at this time doing my fitness instructor level 2, this is a little what i have been up to, mainly near the festive period as i will be writing all day if i went that far back, since last year i have been changing my workout routines frequently, have been on and off at times tho due to reasons, i have seen changes in my body, not just the outside but the inside as well. my muscle size has increased and i have become physically stronger.

i have only been working out 3 days a week, sometimes less over the xmas period and when i was ill but i still tried to fit it in, my workout days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Monday is Kettlebell, usually aim for high reps.
Wednesday is the gym, little bit of Xtrainer or rower to get me warmed up then i go on to use resistance machines and free weights, mainly aiming around 10-12 reps going heavy.
And Friday is Kettlebell to, aiming for shorter reps but with high intensity also using a pull up bar with these sessions.

I try mixing my workouts up each week to keep my body guessing which i have found it has worked for me. always trying new things to make it harder and to see what has effect, my new favorite is 2 kettlebells side by side, looping a hand towel thru both handles doing the rowing exercise, very good for your grip/forearm strength and great for building your shoulders, most i have done with this is 40kg. And pull ups strapping weight to you, this one i do find tough but im building up on it, most i have done with this is strapping 16kg to me doing 5 reps, so im working on that and will put another update on this soon. I should also add i can now do a push up called flying superman, the whole body comes up off the floor, i showed my tutor in class, he said i had good height which i kept consistent.

So it does show that my overall strength has increased, and the hole point of this was to see if i could combine the gym and kettlebell workouts together, and yes, it does work, so i do not see the harm in doing both, it may make it easier to reach your goals, all you need is to be consistent and come up with a good workout plan.

would be great for some feedback. Thank you for reading
