Snatch, Push And Pull

This will be just a short post of a routine workout. I quickly built up my strength as well as my cardio; very good indeed.
Start off with the Snatch (6 to 10 reps) - either left or right hand first, it's up to you. Put the bell down, get down on the floor and do Push Ups (6 to 10 reps).
For the next one you need a Pull Up Bar. Straight after your push ups, get on the Pull Up Bar (6 to 10 reps). Sounds easy, but after a few sets you will feel it.
After a set I only have about a 10 second break in between - makes it a very good cardio workout and your mind will probably want to give up before your body does. I usually use a 16kg with this workout because of the cardio level and it does get tough.
It's a very tough workout at first but stick with it - once you get into a routine you'll find good results coming fast!
