Been Working On some New Moves

Been working on my long cycle clean and jerk, using 2x16kg kettlebells, after a recent wrist injury (from falling over in the snow like a dumbass) i did struggle a bit, started to get on well for a few workouts, tried again last week, i was a little short on time so i cut down my warm up by 5 minuets, which after i regret, as when i got to my 50th rep my shoulder give way, i tared my lower trap which sent sharp pains from sudden movements to my neck as well..anyway that should teach me a lesson i wont be cutting the warm up time down again.

on the mend now and did a light kettlebell workout the other day and today which i managed just fine, also on Tuesday  (was my birthday by the way, happy birthday to me ) i had my bro round, got into the convo about fitness, so i got my bells out  managed to get him to swing a 16kg kb with good form in minuets  . i am going also add a DVD i have watched recently, Steve cotters kettlebell encyclopedia volume 1 and 2, great guy, if starting out these are worth the money, he covers so many kettlebell moves, some that i never even knew of and is so in-depth , i have also used some pointers which i will use for future clients.

thank you for reading
