Training For the Monstrous Judgment Day

As i have been running my class for a few months now, i thought it would be a good idea to plan an event.
Now there are a fare few of these events about which seem to do roughly the same thing, the one that we have chose is Judgement Day, which is a new MOD type, 10mile obstacle event which started early this year, that involves climbing, crawling, carrying, lifting and of course running.
Now as some of my readers may know, im not all that keen on running but i do give it a go, and from now need to practice myself.

The event takes place on 25th April 2015
We have a few people from my class wanting to take part, hopefully more will want to join ;) also a few guys from medway muay thai will be joining us aswell, obviously we are joining as a team which we have to have a team name...got one in mind but not mentioning yet ;)

Also what i would like to mention..we will be doing it for charity, the one i have in mind is the Shooting Star Chase which is located in surrey UK. The shooting star chase is a leading childrens hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life limiting conditions.
As we will be trying to raise as much money as we can, i will put up a post with a link so you kind people can donate :)

Now...its time for us to train hard, my guys seem very keen which gives me even more motivation :)
i no this is not going to be a breeze, but im sure we will put all 100% into it
