15 Minute Workout: Short But Effective

This workout i will usually do on short days, being short on time or in general just a busy day....or even if that day im just feeling a little lazy ;)

Erm...anyway...the workout is of course 15 minutes long, this is without warm up or cool down so realistically can get it all done around the 30 minute mark, unless your one of them people who doesn't warm up and cool down, because you think your superman and can never get injured.

The workout is actually pretty simple.
''5'' 2 minute rounds, with one minute rest between each round.
Now with the exercises i like to mix it up, do any moves i like, just going with the flow, without putting the kettlbells or bell down for the hole round. I use a timer as its easier than keep looking at a clock.

With this in mind, i can give you a quick brief description what exercises i do,
with 2 kettlebells,
press up renegade rows, squat with overhead press, alternating clean and snatch, lccj, and another one i do (which i think doesn't have a name), 2 KB's in the rack position, dip with your legs slightly, as you come up press one KB overhead, at the same time bringing up the knee (same side as the pressed KB), then both back down into a dip then the opposite side (basically alternating). With single Kettlebell i like using dead snatch as it is a pretty explosive movement, maybe some swings to. These are just some examples,
All the exercises are done with a continues motion with no rest.

Really gets the heart pumping, great for your endurance and cardiovascular system.

Have a crack at it...be strict, use challenging exercises at a good pace, get your sweat on ;)
