The 30 Day Full Body Challenge

As mentioned a little while ago, i created my own 30 day challenge, for most fitness levels, even for the beginner. As with most challenges, the reps start of small, and increase on a daily basis, getting harder towards the end.
This, as a reminder is NOT a workout, its a challenge to see if you can complete the whole 30days.

All exercises must be done in one sitting and in order.Starting from day 1, complete all reps for that day, then repeat for each day until you cant do no more or until you complete all 30 days of the challenge. No breaking any exercises down into sets, try to keep rest as minimal as possible.

The idea is to help towards building explosive power, endurance, and of course...the test of mental ability, especially towards the end.
Also remember to use appropriate warm up and cool down.
