Only got just over 4 months to train for the event (which has now changed to 4th of April).
Recently been incorporating some exercises that hopefully will help us performance wise on the day.
Lots of carries such as farmers walks with kettlebells, sandbag carrying, and drags <now they are pretty tough.
Rope+30kg sandbag+75kg "ish" man
Pure strength this exercise but feels so great, its all about planting yourself to the floor, not just using your arms but also your legs and shoulders, and i cant forget about the friction on the floor...that makes it even more tough, its little things like this that will help us on the day :)
