Another Crack At The LCCJ

It has been about a month since i last did the long cycle clean and jerk, in between i have been going through some strength training as mentioned in previous posts.
This week has been a pretty busy week for me, one thing im going to mention..i am now a fully qualified fitness instructor :) the ball is starting to roll, so hopefully things will get better from now, anyway, i have also had a stinking cold all week, so workouts have been put off slightly, but i did scheduled today to try the lccj for 10 minutes again.
so...i thought sod it!! im going to do it, stuff you cold!!

Last time (as mentioned before in a previous post) i did 59 reps in 10 minutes.
Today i did 83 reps but only could manage to do 8 minutes (with 2 16s), i felt so burnt out by then i had to stop. still, that is some progress made and i will continue with the training, doing this again next month...im looking forward to it ;)
