30 Day Challenge Coming Soon...

Just recently...i have created my own 30 day full body challenge.
Like other challenges, there are set exercises done on a daily basis.

I have chosen
1) Jump Squats
2) Burpee W/pushup
and 3) Plank

It is designed to help build explosive power, increased strength, and other benefits such as cardiovascular.

I have got a few people trying this so they can give me feedback, then i will post it up near to new year.....SO WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!
