Timed 300 Workout

This is a short timed workout i came up with during the week. its a test of strength, endurance and stamina, testing your fitness level.
What makes it great is you don't need any equipment, other than something like a chair for the tricep dips.

Other people have had a crack at this as well, will put times up at a later date, when i get a decent amount of people on the chart. And yes....i have had a go myself, cant expected every one else to do it without me trying can i ;)

My quickest time is currently 6.27, did not expect to do it as quick as that to be honest so in was happy about that. next would be to get the time under 6 minutes ;)

Anyway here it is...Strictly no rest between sets, also strict body movement i.e go low on squats, and full push ups. time yourself.


30 Squats

30 Press ups

30 Lunges

30 Knee to elbow (similar to mountain climber)

30 Jumping jacks

30 Walking plank

30 squat thrusts

30 Tricep dips (with a chair, or hard surface, go at least 90 degrees)

30 Sit ups (crunches)

30 Burpies

All together making 300 reps.
